Strawberry & Cream Layer Cake πŸ“πŸ° | Light & Airy Spring Cake

Ingredients: 2 vanilla sponge cakes (sliced into layers), 2 lbs fresh strawberries (sliced), 3 cups heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions:

  1. Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  2. Place one cake layer down, spread a layer of whipped cream, and top with a generous layer of sliced strawberries.
  3. Repeat with remaining layers.
  4. Frost the outside of the cake with the remaining cream and decorate with whole strawberries on top.
