• Ingredients: 1 bone-in spiral-cut ham (8-10 lbs), 1 cup honey, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 tsp cloves, pineapple rings, and maraschino cherries.
• Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place ham in a roasting pan. 2. Mix honey, juice, sugar, and cloves in a saucepan; simmer until thickened. 3. Brush half the glaze over the ham. Secure pineapple rings and cherries with toothpicks. 4. Cover with foil and bake for 12-15 mins per pound. 5. Remove foil, brush with remaining glaze, and broil for 3-5 mins until caramelized.
