
Ingredients: Vanilla cake layers, light blue vanilla buttercream, 1 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tsp vanilla extract (for speckling), 1 cup toasted shredded coconut, mini chocolate eggs.
Instructions:
- Frost your stacked cake with the blue buttercream.
- Mix cocoa and vanilla; use a clean brush to “flick” the mixture onto the cake for a speckled effect.
- Shape toasted coconut into a ring on top of the cake to create a nest.
- Fill the center of the nest with chocolate eggs and add spring flowers for garnish.
