
Ingredients: 3 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 cup Greek yogurt, zest of 2 lemons, 2 cups fresh blueberries.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a bundt pan thoroughly.
- Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, then stir in yogurt and lemon zest.
- Slowly fold in dry ingredients. Gently fold in blueberries tossed in a tablespoon of flour.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes. Let cool before drizzling with a lemon juice and powdered sugar glaze.
