Yields: 2 servings
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
• Base: 400g Frozen French fries (or homemade)
• Protein: 300g Breaded chicken breast (fried or air-fried until crispy)
• Toppings:
• 2 slices Sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce
• ½ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tbsp Crispy fried onions
• 1 tbsp Fresh green onions, chopped
• The “Burger Sauce”:
• 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Ketchup
• 1 tsp Yellow mustard
• 1 tsp Finely chopped pickles (gherkins)
• A pinch of smoked paprika
• Optional: Extra drizzle of Ranch dressing or Garlic Aioli
Instructions
1. Prepare the Fries: Bake or air-fry the French fries at 200°C until golden and crispy.
2. Melt the Cheese: While the fries are hot, layer the cheddar cheese slices on top so they melt into the potatoes.
3. Cook the Chicken: Slice your crispy chicken into bite-sized pieces.
4. Layer the Bowl: Start with the cheesy fries, then add the chicken, followed by the lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
5. Drizzle & Garnish: Generously spoon over the burger sauce and Ranch. Top with crispy onions and green onions.
6. Serve: Eat immediately while the fries are hot and the toppings are fresh!
